FatFockFrank Posted March 25, 2015 Report Share Posted March 25, 2015 Is there comin some more "Base Building parts" soon? Also so we can build "in-game" barracks and stuff like in DayZ Epoch? The building system is kinda boring atm that u only can build square bases and really hard to intergrate them into other buildings and terrain in Arma cuz u cant build a wall into another wall or into the ground.. here is 1 idea who would be nice to have as a sniper window. knights†emplar Posted March 27, 2015 Report Share Posted March 27, 2015 More building stuff and integration needed, i think this is the only thing that makes epoch what epoch is! please make it more survival too, remove the clone and energy idea it does not make it feel survival kinda game any more, its like robots with energy stored in lil white hot pants running around on a sunny day in Crete! - remove the energy or at least remove it for building unless you introduce a device that is used for building that need to be re-charged then it makes sense, an electric drill maybe? - remove the heal attachment that heals players by shooting them, its really silly. - remove the revive attachment and maybe make another item some kinda medical device instead, or maybe another option is to add CPR animation with success rates, that other player can choose to perform or not to perform. - forget it remove the multi gun all together, even repairing vehicles by shooting at them doesn't make sense. lets face it majority of players played epoch and loved it because it was about survival and building a home, yes players camp and kill on site but it is so that they get better gear not to keep records of kills. removing the above would bring epoch to life in my opinion and make it survival kinda game again, because we are losing players that like the survival aspect, and epoch will not get the type of players who are into war games, action thrill because lets face it there are other mods that do that job perfectly fine right now. please your thoughts?
