Adding two callouts to the same line

Hey, this is going to be a really nooby question but...

How can I add these two onto the same last line of the description.ext

Why would you want to? Just put them on the bottom of the file exactly as they are.

I've tried and they seem to conflict with eachover, something to do with the #
