A3 epoch rearm/take option help.

Hi I've been having a problem with Arma 3. Currently playing an epoch server and I'm unable to rearm/take items with my character. Not usually a problem but when trying to dive for the shipwreck loot I am unable to get loot since you cannot open gear underwater.

 

Just wondering if this is a control option I can change, cfg file or server side. Google searches didn't seem to produce anything of value.

Underwater loot is a pain yes. But your subject seems to be pointed at "I cannot loot anything". 

 

Underwater lootboxes have a "search" option, but even that is kinda buggy.

 

So : is it only underwater ? Then change subject.

That feature was intentional disabled by the devs, as it could be used to grab items from locked vehicles. But the devs are working on a way to get the loot from shipwrecks again.

Thank you Nic I had guessed it might be do to the locked vehicles being stolen from.

 

Nedfox the search option only applies to opening the lootable container it does not allow you to take anything in it. I termed it the way it is because the root of the problem was that as Nic pointed out that the scroll wheel option to rearm at a loot container had been disabled. I knew if I was able to re-enable it that would solve my problem.
