I asked my friend to also do it as I was curious whether that was the reason why. And he also got banned, is there anyway to unban? Is this a common issue? I would contact the Admins or creators of the server directly, there is no point in asking here as it is a internal server issue! You could either: - deinstall all steam things - Get new steam account - repurchase the game - join Or - contact their antihack service (Arma 2 it would be Battleye) but usually this isn't anything they even respond to... Who does he have to contact to get the ban lifted? Is it the server admin, a developer, battleye support or the one that created the antihack script which I believe there is 2 versions infistar and skaronator? Skaronators ah is part of the mod, those official servers running infiSTAR (Inc ours) have disabled the Skaronator one which is the version that's causing these false autobans.
