An administrator can manually create an account in the admin panel with whatever username and email they would like.
Don't need to disable the anti-spam to create an account for someone. ;)

- What is VEMF? -
VEMF is the Spiritual Successor to DZMS.
VEMF Stands for Vampire's Epoch Mission Framework.
VEMF is going to be a mission system designed specifically for Arma 3: Epoch.
 
- How is VEMF different from DZMS? -
VEMF is being designed to be a Mission Framework.
VEMF will be more modular than DZMS allowing anyone to easily create an "Addon" for it.
VEMF will not be a "fetch the box" mission system, it will be much much broader;
A-B, Multiple Ending, Vehicle Convoys, Vehicle Capture, Manhunts, Investigation/Exploration, and more!
VEMF will run entirely on the server side, in a server-side PBO.
 
- When Will it be Done? -
VEMF is still a work in progress.
 
The current version is WIP.

Seeing as the GSP in question just made a public statement that they are willing to comply with the wishes of the authors, this thread will be locked now and any further issues should be handled directly between the author and SS. 

The problem is you charge way too much, don't even bother asking the author for permission and don't share the money you earn installing other peoples work.

There's your problem. epoch_centerMarkerPosition is undefined which should be defined by default in Epoch. I think it's defined in the mission.sqm, but I'm not entirely sure right now. I don't have the code open in front of me atm.
 
 
 
This is not a dead project. I've become pretty busy with my full time job, and I have two other real life projects I've been working on for friends and family.
I'm also kind of hoping that the next Epoch update releases soon to see more info on the new Epoch Mission update that Axeman has been working on to see how that will coincide with VEMF.
I don't have the free time to code up a hotfix very fast if I did release the next update just for it to be totaled by the next Epoch update, so I want to try to minimize any issues ahead of time if I can.

I like how they first misspelled VEMF, then advertise it under its planned features instead of the current features, and finally have a Credit line that doesn't credit me. It could be construed as false advertising.

VEMF was already released under (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
 
I have emailed [email protected] with a Cease and Desist, and I'd urge anyone else they are infringing upon to do the same.

I'll also be contacting them to have it removed. I seen this coming when I first released VEMF, ever since survival servers charged for DayZ script installs. It's the reason VEMF has a non-commercial license.

IMHO , you sir need not apoligize for anything , many in this forum take your hard work for granted , and shouldn't . You do this in your spare time and many of us appreciate it greatly . Take your time , get it right , release it when your ready , we can wait . ;)

It's not that people don't WANT to help you.  We do want to help.  But those who have the info already giving you quick answers doesn't help you learn how to do anything for yourself.  Sometimes you are going to come up against problems that don't have a quick answer, and YOU as the ADMIN need to know what to do and how to address the issue.  Getting familiar with doing very basic things like creating a custom mission.sqm will get you started on the road to learning how to do more complicated things.  Once again, someone just giving you what they have already created themselves does nothing to help you learn and grow.  Give a man a fish.....   ;)

Sorry everyone that the updates have started crawling but the new update is larger than many of the past ones, and includes fixes for multiple issues.

Those mods and any scripts you see are created by players and server admins like you and me.. they are not smarter or better than any of us. The only requirement to create your own (and probably better) version is your time. There's absolutely no need to rely on others for magic to happen... everyone started somewhere, majority of us with editing other people's scripts, then doing heavier and heavier modifications, finally starting one from scratch once you feel more comfy with the code. SQF is definitely one of easiest scripting languages to learn, I find it much easier than unity's javascript and that one's piss easy.
Hardest part to understand will probably be user interface configs.
What also shocked me when I started is amount of people contributing to DZE github that you never really see around forums or had no idea they code, yet they provide mod with quite impressive code and fixes in background, never taking any credit for what they do.
