this map is scaled to 50% of the original sat size (20482px), try to double the size, maybe this will solve the problem

I tried that, but it must be to the wrong scale because players appear off the sides of the map.

I made http://napf.pcriot.com/  (now officially at http://www.kassquatch.com/napfmap/), and yes, its off scale, I did it on purpose for this exact reason of people using it for other things without asking permission first since it took along time to do it. 

 

Coordinates on the site are accurate because of the math I did to correct it but map isn't. if that makes sense. Only people who find this out, are people who try to do what you tried to do, and steal the work :)

I apologize. I wasn't trying to "steal the work". I am simply trying to get the live map to work with Napf. The original poster didn't say it wasn't his work. I hope that one day you decide to release the files for that map so we can use it with a live map.

That is interesting, i tried to slice the map up to tiles and run it with that tracking tool and its off as well as with your map. (I mean map of napf, not yours.)

Any chance you could add worldspace with the coordinates?  That would rock for developers.

To make it "easy" find things? Well my boy ...... as I told you many times bevor: NOTHING what makes things easier, NOTHING what makes things faster, NOTHING for free ........ THATS a survival game ;)
