Hux Posted August 9, 2016 Report Share Posted August 9, 2016 My players are telling me they can't get into game options/settings because they're kicked and get an infistar message. Doesn't happen to me as I'm admin. Anyone had the same problem & knows a fix? I'm not getting any help from inf support so that's why I chanced this bad subject... Since infistar is a commercial project, I would expect your best bet is to contact the author. Also, if you post more detail (like a screenshot or pastebin link to your log file) about the exact error someone else might be able to help you. BetterDeadThanZed Posted August 31, 2016 Report Share Posted August 31, 2016 Do you have logging enabled on Infistar? If so, the kicks should be logged in the Infistar logs. If not, enable logging and wait for them to try connecting again. Otherwise, check your ban.txt, which is located in your Arma 3 root, your server log file, and your BE logs. Lots of logs to check...
