In Epoch there is the debug menu which is opened by pressing Tab key. 
If you are the server owner there is a script which can be added so you can have an on screen status bar as described in OP : Here

F507DMT, I tried your additions but the heli isn't locking. 

Check out the private hive tools in the server tools section.
 
It has the ability to input a characterID and it will give you the key, then you can search for the key in your database to find out who has it.
