0 fireplace
Likely the database is not connecting make sure you or your host has followed these steps: don't think it's that as it was working with the 1.0.4 release, it's 1.0.4b that has made it go wrong! Not blaming you, it's pure server host side

0 vbawol
Has anyone confirmed that they did install visual studio 2013 redistributable x86 on their boxes? Other than that maybe their windows servers are blocking the loading of the new dll files since they came from another machine. If that is the case they will need to unblock them. Once I got everything working I noticed the name was still showing the wrong version, changed it and commander was changed as well. Thank you for your input!!!
