[Outdated] ZSC for Epoch 1.0.6.2 (And OverWatch 0.25)

It´s me again salival ...... sry.

As you say, I download the newest changes and insert it ...... not solving.

After that, I change the map to Napf. Installed the script compl. new.

I change the name from the server_traders napf.sqf into server_traders.sqf (after I deleted all others). Same probs ........ some traders work fine, some not.

A thing that was a bit confusing .......

# Battleye filter install.

1. In your config\<yourServerName>\Battleye\scripts.txt around line 12: <code>5 createDialog</code> or <code>5 "createDialog"</code> add this to the end of it:

	```sqf
	!="_dialog = createDialog \"BankDialog\";" !="_dialog = createdialog \"GivePlayerDialog\";"
	```
	
	So it will then look like this for example:

	```sqf
	5 "createDialog" <CUT> !="_dialog = createDialog \"BankDialog\";" !="_dialog = createdialog \"GivePlayerDialog\";"
	```

There is no such a entry in the scipts.txt ( createDialog ) in the BE filters from infiSTAR. In that fact I copied the whole row from the install in the scripts.txt. Dosent matter, no changes.

Cherno, Tavi and Napf have a weird issue where certain traders won't sell anything,

 

Tavi also has this error

Any idea if you will be implementing this to other maps? Such as Namalsk, Panthera And Lingor? 

 

Im having a hard time with trader configurations on maps not included. Or does anyone have Trader files for the above 3 maps they're willing to share for overpoch?

i have an issue. I can´t change the clothes wehn i installing the ZSC script. I mean, the ZSC script works fine ( Thanks for updating ) but i cant changing the clothes anymore. Can anybody help me?

I did a default install of Epoch last night and installed this as per the install instructions, ZSC works fine (I'll do the global banking version tonight)

I can confirm I CAN change skins correctly so it's on your end.

Any CLIENT rpt errors?

Beat me, kick me, call me ass .............. I have changed NOTHING since my last post ........ but the fucking traders work now!

All of em! Just had some restarts for scripting other things .......

What I noticed is, some traders need very long until their menu is displayed, but they work at least.

That's always the way with traders and cursorTarget unfortunately, sometimes you have to walk away then come back and or zoom in on the trader

Yes, definitely. Are there any client RPT errors when looking at the body?

 

Looking at the code, the only reason it wouldn't work is of you forgot the isanimal check

I fixed the tavi.sqf error you mentioned, thank you: https://github.com/oiad/ZSC/commit/679b25534f0d4ae493b21d684ef6201f6cf42d1a

I can add more traders when I have time, There's a bit involved in it since it doesn't merge easily, you have to chop and change things, especially doing an epoch version then an overwatch

Righto,

I got home from work tonight and set my self the task of installing ZSC on a BLANK server doing each step and each possible option.

Here's what is tested as working:

  • Default ZSC with safes as coin storage
  • ZSC with vehicles as coin storage
  • ZSC with vehicles and safe coin storage
  • ZSC w/ global banking bank tellers
  • ZSC w/ global banking bank tellers and bank ATMS
  • Check wallet
  • Transfer money to player
  • Saving and reading coins from a vehicle (make sure you run the NEW server_updateObject: https://github.com/oiad/ZSC/commit/67928dd557115166c608892517b27ac04418d40f)

All tested working. No skin issues, no problems at all.

The only thing I noticed that could be tripping some people up is the way i'm checking if something is a bank object, it is CASE SENSITIVE, so it needs to be the same as the classname in Epoch/overwatch.

I still have a weird issue of traders being blank for overwatch stuff though. I made a snippet for you of what happens. I waited around 30-40m to see if they was just really slow at loading but nothing  https://youtu.be/bF2e6i15Fkwhttps://youtu.be/bF2e6i15Fkw

Also no traders sell overwatch ammo and all building supply traders are also empty

Add/remove bank coins.

Presumes youve already added @Salival  add coins parts.. Full credit to him for the code, I changed the variable to to the bank also.

Need to do the coins part first that salival uploaded.

Then...

Find in AT.sqf

To add coins to spectate view:

Find this line in AT.sqf:

Replace with this line:

Thug you have missed something, probablt merging the fn_selfActions.
mine has _isanimal in the private section at the top of the file and this 
 

   _isAnimal = _cursorTarget isKindOf "Animal";

just above the lines you referenced

Not tested, but should work.

 

EDIT *tested*  Works, but coins is displayed in brackets and bank isnt. No biggie, But I cant figure out why.
