TheStainlessSteelRat
As far as I understand it, Arma3 has the issue with inland water. You will notice that neither Stratis nor Altis have inland water. So any Arma2 ported map with in land water being used in Arma3 will be dry. Richie
Only the ocean works with A3, although some in the terrain builders skype group are working on it :D It shouldn't take the community to fix what BIS employees are paid for though  Check out These Ponds happydayz

cring0
Bornholm has inland water Yeah, I was looking at them but I didn't try walking into them. They're not glitchy? That's why they didn't add them to Altis, because they glitch out in every which way.
TheKnightTemplar
My understanding is that Arma 3 supports water at only one level (i.e. sea level). Arma 2 could have inland water at different levels. If the inland water is at the same level as the sea, Arma 3 will display them. Richie
The terrain builders Skype group have sussed it, my map will have a nice lake, maybe even a river :) It can be on any level, up on a mountain or down a valley, the height makes no difference.
