machine6fd
@Humpabry I figured out a way to add more buildings. I hate the hidden editor its not nearly as easy to use but it works. If MCC and zues saved to SQF it would be a lot better. Anyway if there is a need i will add a tutorial video.

If you look at the files inside of the PBO, the mod calls the files externally. Thus, creating a system where people can't steal the code.

It does take a bit more time, but it usually does pass within a moment. Updating some of the buildings this weekend, so stay tuned!

BlackPlague_81st
Awesome workaround. :D GZA was able to figure out how to call the custom buildings with out the scripts being in the Mission PBO. This in turn helps servers keep their files safe, so that others can't steal them :]
Tobias Solem
You'll have to move this Almyra-base in 0.2.5.2 my friend as the new "spawn island" now is pretty much exactly where your base is.

Well this was more-or-less just a test for the alpha release, and for something for people to go on in order to build their own bases. I'll be moving this to an island region anyway. This base was intended for testing purposes only. Next release will be a jail house :]
Tobias Solem
So, is there a 3D editor available somewhere for Arma 3, coz doing stuff like this seems to be almost impossible in the 2d-editor.
BlackPlague_81st
So, is there a 3D editor available somewhere for Arma 3, coz doing stuff like this seems to be almost impossible in the 2d-editor. There is. Follow this tutorial: Launch Arma 3, and launch the editor. Save the map as a user mission, and then close down Arma 3 completely. Go to your Mission FOLDER. IE - May be in Documents\Arma 3\User Missions\ And create a new file called *missionName*.BEIDI Must match your mission.SQM FILE NAME! Just create a .BEIDI file with the same name really. // Create a shortcut of your Arma3.exe to your desktop. Right click on the shortcut, and go to properties. at the END of your shortcut path, i.e. - C:\program files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Arma3\ Add the location of your .BEIDI File. For example Arma3.exe Properties> "C:\program files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Arma3\" "C:\Users\YOURNAME\Documents\Arma 3\Missions\Somemissionname\missionname.BEIDI" Click apply, okay. Launch the SHORTCUT. You should be able to go directly into the editor now. calamity
Tobias Solem
"G:\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" "E:\Documents\Arma 3\missions\lol.Altis\mission.beidi"Launch Arma 3, it loads, then I get to the Epoch-information screen, click "close" and then am at the regular menu. :S

BlackPlague_81st
Got it to work now. :) Now I'm just wondering how you turn the axis of the objects :D In 2D/3D hold the shift button on the Object selected, and you should be able to turn the object in any direction that you need be. Hold ALT to change the height of the object, either in the air or in the ground.

You were to download the PBO, which is here: https://seafile.zombieapo.eu/f/50e38c2094/ Then place the PBO in @EpochHive\Addons folder. You can find the base at "Almyra", near the top left hand corner of the area.
