Custom zombie sounds

i just saw this video on youtube and i really like how the zombies sounds! Is here anyone who know how to add custom sounds to zombies on epoch (ideal case serverside, for example call it in description.ext)?

Nobody? At least server Walking Dead have custom sounds, so it might be possible.. :/
