Is anyone getting their tickets answered by them? I'm starting to think they were bought out by HFB based on their support response times. credible Posted February 19, 2014 Report Share Posted February 19, 2014 Their support is outrageously shit. And that's something that seemed to happen overnight. The support was great from November and through December, but into the new year it has just fallen together like a house of cards. We started the new year by having our server wrongly deleted (we got compensated a free month of service for that, so credit where credit is due) and have had an average ticket response time of six days. Three of our tickets has not been responeded at all. So if the customer service is important to you, stay clear of Vilayer. But if you can do without good customer service, they offer a great service at a fairly low price. Edit: Actually logged into the support ticket site now to look over the support tickets, and on our latest ticket dated 14th of February 2014 they wrote: We are very sorry for the delay in responding to your support request. So frustrating when the server goes down and support is nowhere to be found. Happened a few times to us as well. Anger just build for every minute.
