Is Vilayer responding to ANYONE'S tickets?

Their support is outrageously shit. And that's something that seemed to happen overnight.

 

The support was great from November and through December, but into the new year it has just fallen together like a house of cards. We started the new year by having our server wrongly deleted (we got compensated a free month of service for that, so credit where credit is due) and have had an average ticket response time of six days. Three of our tickets has not been responeded at all.

 

So if the customer service is important to you, stay clear of Vilayer. But if you can do without good customer service, they offer a great service at a fairly low price.

 

Edit: Actually logged into the support ticket site now to look over the support tickets, and on our latest ticket dated 14th of February 2014 they wrote:

 

We are very sorry for the delay in responding to your support request. 

We are currently training new staff and this has caused delays in our response times.

 

Guess that explains it.

At least you are not with Survival Servers. I have 3 tickets open and its been 3 days on each. Hosts don't care. Ive lost a pretty big percentage of players in the past week cuz Survival doesn't know how to keep a damn server up and running.

That sucks man. So frustrating when the server goes down and support is nowhere to be found. Happened a few times to us as well. Anger just build for every minute.
