How to change vehicle skins?

Do somebody know if I can change the textures for vehicles? (like e.g. in altis life) 

And if yes, how?

Basically it changes the classname from "car_black" to "car_pink"  (if you're talking spray cans).

 

IE : All the skins must already be present in the PBO's, and script to change the classnames.

No, I mean the textures not the color. Sry for missunderstanding.

What texture do you mean? In the end, all "textures" are just different classnames, like the SUV that comes in like 10 different colors including camo.

I don't know altis life so I'm not sure if you mean something else.

Lets say I want to have an SUV with unicorns on it. I made a skin/texture for it and now want to have it ingame on my server.
