Idea for in game Object

A small solar panel that you can place by your base and it slowly collects energy, that can then be collected by you and used to build???

Tbh. I'd rather have a huge battery unit that can be only recharged in a solar/wind powerplant but lasts a couple of days. This would create situations where people go out and expose themselves instead of staying in their base all the time.

 

We would need more uses for energy for it to be useful though.

i came up with the idea of a generater to build in your base, have it so you have to dismantle a car for the engine and combine it with some metal electronic components and jerry cans.... turn it on and bam your recharging in your base... but dont forget to top it up with fuel

I have to agree.. as far as post-apocalypse those walls would fit better than some 2x4's from the mill that doesn't exist cuz of the war that destroyed humanity an all.
