Bushwick
I'll start. 1. Whats the range of coverage, and is it the same vertically and Horizontally? 2. Do they degrade? 3. Can cheating Asshats glitch them into mountains or other inaccessible places? 4.? Bushwick
Chief
2. you do get the option to maintain them but im not sure if they do in fact degrade (they quite possibly do since bases disappear if not maintained in 7 days
Nic
1. I believe it is a 300 meter radius, not sure if it is a sphere/cylinder, etc. 2. Not sure 3. Yes
Bushwick
Do they last if not maintained? Do cinder walls need painting?
Nic
Do they last if not maintained? Do cinder walls need painting? Not sure about the first one, but I would maintain it to be safe. You can't paint cinder walls (you can only paint corrugated metal walls), but they still need to be maintained, and you can do so by maintaining them with krypto on the jammer or moving them around a bit. DeVloek
How to grab the freq jammer and put it somewhere else? There was no preview when our group leader clicked "build", and now our freq jammer is in a very, very bad place. edit: Also everyone else from our group can't grab walls anymore because of the freq jammer. Only the one who placed it can build, and he's constantly out of energy. another edit: found out that the group founder has to place the jammer. Someone should edit the wiki page and put the correct info there

The only way to move it now is to blow the current one up and replace it with a new one.

MrSilentNight
yea make sure the leader in the group places it or nobody else in your group will be abel to open dorrs that are locked or build. we learned this the hard way so blew the first one up and built a second however on server reset the first one respawned and overwrit the second one resulting in only one person in the group abel to build or unlock doors

And yeah make sure group FOUNDER places it. Also, you can place Multiple, to have multiple bases!
DeVloek
yea make sure the leader in the group places itAnd yeah make sure group leader places it.No, please don't confuse group founder and group leader. The group founder has to place it, no matter if he's currently the group leader or not. The leader is always the group member who logged in first until he's dead or logged out. The founder is the one who paid for creating the group.

Radius is from center to any point of a circle, where Diameter is a straight line from any point on the circle through the center to another point on the circle. Čeh
Are there any restrictions regarding placement - can it be placed inside built structures, or will it fall to ground? (0m ATL) Can it be placed inside arma structures - found one located very badly, as if someone tried to put it in a building, and it snapped out. Or they were just unlucky and thought they could move it around...? Is there an indication for maintenance - when/how much is needed? (Q applies to other maintainable structures as well) Will group members added to group after building the jammer be able to build?

No restrictions as far as I am aware and I don't think it will fall to the ground. Yes, you can put them in Arma buildings. There is no indication of when, just make sure you keep track of when you last maintained it and maintain it every seven days. It costs 1 krypto per building piece. Yes, but they will probably have to go to the lobby and come back after they are added to the group. If they still can't build it should work after a server restart.
