Updating server version

Hello, can please someone help me with updating my arma2 server to version 103718? I copied beta files from my updated arma2 oa game, but the server still report lower version. Any ideas?

When updating you will see a file called "epoch" in the root server folder and in the beta download there will be a file called "server" upload that to the root folder and rename it to epoch and that should work make sure you include the expansion folder too,

either am blind, or I just cant find file named server :) where it should be located? arma2oa/expansion/beta? or somewhere else?

Are you starting the game using the .exe in the Expansion/beta/ folder, or the one in the root folder? 

 

If you copy the beta patch from your computer to the server, you usually only have to copy over the /Expansion folder (Or only the /extension/beta folder). Then launch the server .exe in /expansion/beta/

Yes, but I guess everyone needs this new Beta (or newest...with the 555) beta patch now to connect. Is it so, DeanReid?

Yes, if you update the server to the latest version, all your clients need 112555
