  1. 1: Is it possible to snap a floor/roof to another floor/roof without it falling down to the physics?

     

    2: How do you remove the gaps between the walls then?

     

    3: Can you destroy the beacon jammer

     

    4: Can you move the shelves?

     

    For number one if it's not possible could we get a equilateral triangle support (that would cost one plywood) to make 45 angles support or help make slightly larger rooftops, ramps or angled walls. Then a square support could be made too out of those.

     

    Referring to the sentence above what other types of constructions parts would you like to see added to the building system other than locks and garage doors.   

     

     

  2. How does traders inventory works? Does their inventory refresh after a while?

     

    I've noticed that on fresh servers I'm able to find a lot more gear than on servers that has been running for a while. Basic items like toilette paper or orange sherbets can get close to impossible to find on some servers.

     

    Also some traders seems to have nothing at all in their inventory. It is either empty or it has a few items that people have sold to these locations.  

     

    Could there be more types of traders selling different stuff? For instance, Green trader selling normal military gear, Brown trader selling civilian goods, Black trader selling high end military, Orange trader selling industrial, Blue Trader selling rare vehicles such as choppers, hunter, urals, etc.

     

    Each type would spawn randomly as they are right now but the higher the value of their stuff the less they would spawn in randomly across the map.

  3. Well I started this topic because I don't like the idea to be forced to buy something in order to use it in a modification of a game.

    On another note, a fried tried to sell a kart to a trader and it wasn't recognised and he was unable to sell it.

  4. Will the epicenter/earthquakes be able to slightly destroy or completely destroys survivors made constructions in Epoch depending on the location of the epicenter?

     

    I like the effects but that could be another touch of realism added to the mod.

  5. What is the difference to unofficial and official server

    Lot's of Epoch's features aren't working properly or not at all.

    Also encountered the same bug we had 25/6 after the upgrade so had to create another group.

    Running around then hearing a dog barking right next to me or a monster while he may be 100 to 300 meters away.

    4. Is it repeatable.

     

    Yes but it is not always happening like described above. Sometimes they are right next to me and I hear the same sound sometimes I hear the sound from distant really loud like there is no fading in the sounds fx.

     

     

    I suppose it could be part of a warning system but this is one thing I find weird about the current immersion.

    Entering the vehicle then the lightning slowly get's darker and darker while driving with weird gamma hue (black and purple colors).

    4. Is it repeatable.

     

    Yes, entering any vehicle at night without night vision the lightning gets way darker than it actually is outside of the said vehicle. Confirmed on all vehicles except the dlc karts.

  8. The DLC content is not available unless you purchase it which is ok with clothes but with vehicles can be a bit of a let down. I found that kart and was unable to get in and it wanted me to purchase the dlc to be able to grab it. Will it be the same for the helicopter dlc???

     

    Personally, I would remove those and only put vanilla things that are available for all.

  9. The mesh problem is an Arma II/III related problem. Next time build your base up high on foundation or make a trap within your base foundations so that if they glitch through they get stuck inside under the floor ceiling. I don't know if you have played other arma III mods but they suffer from the same static mesh problems. So unless Bohemia change their own collisions physics there is nothing modding teams can do. Love it or hate it you gotta deal with the engines limitations.

  10. 1 if the atm's are random and not to many people would 24/7 camp them

     

    2 if they are in safe zones if you die you just go take money out and buy gear

    1: The ATM's are static objects in the bigger cities like Athira, Kavala, Pyrghos, Sofia, etc. In total there is probably between 10 or 20 for a map the size of Altis. You can get further to a far city to not get camped.

    2: Solution is simple don't put ATM's in safe zones/respawn areas.
