Hi when i installed as per message i couldn't connnect to my server.

I had a look in the .rpt and found this line at the bottom...

 0:23:50 Warning Message: File mpmissions\__cur_mp.Altis\scarCODE\VGS\rsc_VGS.hpp, line 0: /SC_vgsDiag/controls.bgMainLeft: Undefined base class 'IGUIBack'

 

Could someone please advise on how i rectify this issue.

Dean Darth posted the annswer a few comments up.
 

That's due to the offset of -1 I placed in the code to account for headless clients.  Check the files for this code:

_players = (count playableUnits -1);

and remove the -1 to have an actual player count.  You will have to do that for the playerbar.sqf, adminbar.sqf and adminbar_WS.sqf so that all bar types appear as you want them to

Downloaded the new files and looked on the wiki for install instructions. With the old one i used to put #include "A3EAI_Client\A3EAI_initclient.sqf"; inn the init.sqf. Noticed on the wiki it doens't mention this. Is it not needed anymore?

However i already have an onPlayerRespawn.sqf for my earplug script. So my question is can i add your code to the bottom of the existing one and will it work?

Works great. However i see there are donator spawns. I don't accept donations so is there a way to enable those spawn locations for everyone?

 

Sorry i did look at the script and couldn't see where i would adjust it.

Hey Richie. After going through the simplest install ever and restarting my server i don't see any heli crashes. i changed the co-ords to suit Altis from a previous post on here.

I completely understand but when the server restarts and I am at my base I automatically get the custom load out instead of what I had

Hi. Using second comings advice I got the script to work. However whenever the server restarts it removes their gear and gives them the custom load out. Is there a way to stop this happening?

Ok stupid question, i run my server to restart every 6 hours. So would i only need to change...

 

_time = (round(240-(serverTime)/60));  //edit the '240' value (60*4=240)

 

Or do i need to edit anything else? I know its a stupid question but i want to make sure i get it right.

Update from my previous posts. 

 

Reinstalled the script to my server. Got a player to use the fixed destination at Central spawn. Taxi arrived, He managed to get in as passenger. Drivers asked for money for payment (didn't know how to pay) After about 2 minutes of trying to figure it out the taxi drove off with player inside. Player checked map to see where he was going. When coming back to game he was standing in the road and taxi was driving away from him. 

 

He also tried calling a taxi by pressing map. Taxi arrived and he couldn't get in. Was like the taxi was locked. 

 

Just going to log on to the server to se what happens to me. Will record and upload to youtube then post a link on here.

This is the first time i have installed it.

As for fixed destinations i would need to read on how to actually use that feature. 

I did download the latest version.

Have had an admin go to the fixed destination service and call a taxi. he cannot get in either. Will ask a non admin player to test and see what happens and report back

Sorry no i cannot get in. it goes through the motion of getting in but i'm left stood outside. Eventually the taxi will drive off on its own.
