I updated the antihack to version v1429A and it seems that when players select HALO spawn, they are ejected from plane and then are suddenly in debug, fully geared. They can even spawn a bicycle in debug which sometimes causes them to HALO spawn above the bicycle.

oh ok yea I went to the website and used the steam to get the update.. I also received my last email from him on 9/25/2015.
I haven't checked the newest version out yet, but on the older version there is definitely a functions viewer which you can use by pressing shift and tild (~) at the same time. This allows you to execute scripts in game.

This unfortunately isn't relevant to me because the issue is with my overwatch server, in which I have completely removed the built in "safe" vehicle check and there aren't any DZE variables. Also, Im pretty sure if the vehicle wasn't safe it would just kill you upon entering it, not disable to gun.

Isn't there a built in command box (not sure what you call it) in infistar that allows you to execute code live on your server already? There definitely used to be.
Also, the latest version of infistar I have is from September last year. I checked out the website but Im a little confused how to go about getting an update and I dont want to blow up Chris' inbox because it will most likely get lost in the other million emails he receives. How do I go about getting the latest version?

Correct. in steam I select Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead.. I go to the properties tab and then the betas tab and there is no drop down. I mean the "drop down" is there but when you click it there is nothing else to select. It simply says "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs" and there is nothing else to choose.

the launch parameters need to include

This is how you revert the update
Right click on Arma 2 OA in steam > Properties > Betas Tab, then click on the drop down. Select legacy in the drop down.
Wait for the download to complete, restart steam and its like the update never happened (on your end anyways).

When I click the drop down, nothing happens. There is nothing else to select via the dropdown for me....

Is that the only fix? Certainly theres a way to get them working if Dayz Launcher is working.

Has anyone figured this out yet? How does dayz launcher launch the game thats different than a bat file?
Even just using the Arma 2 exe in my steam folder doesn't work.. I either have to launch Arma 2 directly from my steam library or use dayz launcher.

Ever since the new Arma patch, my deployable m2 humvee's gun no longer functions. All of the guns on the m2 humvees that are spawned by the database on restart function properly. Any m2 humvees which I spawn using admin tools, the gun functions properly.. just the ones that are deployed. I never had an issue with this before the Arma update. It is the same script as all of my other deployable vehicles. The vehicle itself functions properly, the gun just has no ammunition. Not zero ammunition, there is no ammunition displayed and the gun doesn't fire. Any ideas?
I have tried all of the classnames available. They all produce the same result.

I have my own bat files I use to connect to servers but they stopped working after this update.
As for dayz launcher.. try following these instructions. They're for CCG launcher but they also work for dayz launcher (since CCG made dayz launcher).

How would you change the medbox0 to something else? Just change it in the loot tables?

did you ever figure this out? My bat files no longer work either. My mod files are "corrupt" on dayz launcher and Im not going to sit there and validate them when they're fine. The only way I can connect is launching arma 2 oa via steam and then using the multiplayer to connect.

I try to join my server, I dont even make it to lobby before Im kicked to the main menu with the BE message displayed.

Completely deleting both local BE files and in my SteamApps directory.
Redownloading both the client.dll and the entire BE service manually.

Launching both to main menu and back before trying to launch overpoch.
I've pretty much tried everything I've ever had to do to fix BE problems and Im still having this issue. Thanks in advance.

Im not using a shared server, exactly. Im using a virtual dedicated server. So while I don't exactly have a full box to myself, all of my resources are dedicated.

It is not a battleye issue, players aren't being kicked by battleye, they are just unable to actually join the server. I imagine the problem lies somewhere within the database communicating with the server. I think perhaps the problem might be in my basic.cfg or other files that control the server/database speed/communication. Im really not experienced in this area at all.

I dont think you can really get around that kind of vehicle destruction because it is Arma physics.

I don't think these mods work with the new server host company layouts anymore. They are totally different from what is being described here.

They work fine. The version of epoch hasn't changed and so these scripts will still work. None of the file paths are written in stone, you can change them as you wish. Just run a search with notepad++ for any and all files that use those files and make sure the paths are the same.

No I dont believe they can hear anything, they just can't load in at all. They are in the lobby, click join, and somewhere along the line they just get hung up and can't actually get into the game. The server stays like that until it is restarted.

So fairly often my server just seems to randomly "crap out" and players can no longer join. They will get stuck either on authenticating or just a black screen. Nothing fixes this except a server restart. The server basically becomes a battle royale server because when a player dies they cannot rejoin and no one new can join. Im not even sure where to begin diagnosing this issue. All I can say is it did not happen with my old server provider. Can anyone help me figure this out, it's really starting to kill my server?
I should also mention that this can happen at any time. In other words, sometimes it happens 30 minutes after a restart. Sometimes it happens 2 hours after a restart. Sometimes it doesn't happen at all. I can't see any rhyme or reason to it.

Ah ok I just fired my Overpoch server back up for the first time in a long time and updated the antihack. Didnt realize you added it to the notes. Thanks.
