1.0.4.1 server is randomly rebooting

Hello Guys, I am having this very random server reboot issue. Has anyone else been having troubles like this? I am running a few scripts and the latest WZAI. However, I am not sure what it is.

 

I am trying to get the log file with the server crashes or reboots but I cannot seem to get it in time..

i am also getting server crashes. something to do with the dayz_server.pbo i believe, weird since all i have is WAI and Blur antihack

im also having the same issue, its not a script problem as i have had my server running default and im still getting the random crashes

i also have been having same issues with 1.0.4.1 i thought i may be my scripts so i reset to default pbos and it still happened. I am guessing it is either server host problem or patch i am running it on a day.st servers and i cannot express my total disappointment with them.

im running dayz.st also i feel its a problem coming directly from the servers

actually its a epoch bug running on 90% of host servers vilayer is in crisis mode even dedis are having the problem.

the real question is why did they change to hive dll with the ammount of problems people are having with database issues that is where the actual problem lies

what real motive did they have cause now they have hosting companies in the palm of their hands with this change hope fully they will be forced to change back to how it was because all ic is a complete

s$#T storm.

epoch dev dont want you to add ai missions or custom mods that's not what they had in visioned and this is a perfect way to implement this

Having the same issue on two different hosts. Anyone has any news on this it would be much appreciated.

nope.No fix in 1.0.4.2 same random restarts/crash.back date the server to anything before 1.0.4.1 and it works fine.

It's your instaactions.sqf for those on DayZ.ST

 

Go to your Server_monitor and comment out the line calling instaactions.sqf.

 

Boom no more restarts.

 

You lose the ability to teleport or edit inventories on the fly, but that is better than restarting every few minutes.

OK that doesn't work just causes the server to not start authentication.

I swapped my instaactions.sqf out with the one from version 1.0.3.1 and that solved my crashing issues.

I just tries doing this however for me the server just didn't start authentication. really wish dayz.st would answer one of the 10 or so emails i have sent them since 1.0.4.1........... :angry:

You got something wrong with your code if you are having authentication issues. Just commenting out the instaactions call will not cause that. I have been running instaaction free for awhile now with no issue.

I will try swapping back to the 1.3.1 instaactions and if that does not help i will run it free of it too.... Being able to teleport etc is quite important for admining... But ye big thx for this community i would never had thought of changing something in the instaactions :D THX!!!! ;)

Use blue Phoenix or another admin tool for teleporting. Much easier and more accurate.
