GreatWhite

I haven't been seeing any GreatWhites lately and I've been getting this error in my Client RPT:  "DEBUG: too many GreatWhite_F exiting unitspawn"

I have set various spawn numbers under antagonists from 2 to 8 but I still never see them any more and I haven't installed anything new.

Could the last A3 update have messed something up?

I've gone Great White hunting several times. I have AI recruit script on my server so I just take an AI diver with me to get the loot from the shark. Sometimes, after gutting the shark, I find as much as 3 briefcases of gold.

But lately I don't see the sharks spawning.

I can only go by my previous experience.

I've gone out hunting sharks many times. Sometimes they appear and sometimes not, but when they do appear, they always spawn right away after I kill one and gut it to take the loot.

Lately I haven't seen them appear at all and I've gone out several times in the last few weeks to look for them.

Weird.

@Hux is your antagonistSpawnIndex set to 0 for the sharks by chance? By default it should be allowing 2 sharks per player at most.

I have it set to 2 right now but I have had it set higher to see if that makes a difference. No matter what I set it to I still get that error and see no sharks.

i'm in agreement with you on this, I hit "n" to turn on night-vision, my fps drop to 5 game lagged the fuck out, server rpt is good, client rpt WOW, lot a great white's.

No wonder I have none...

I wonder if the Arma update somehow messed things up.
