Yes, it is possible - just like watching TV is possible instead of having lunch in the same time frame - these are not connected however. If the hidden question is "Can I use phpMyAdmin software as a replacement to reddis database server?" the answer would be no. First of all phpMyAdmin is a web interface and not a database server.
