Building part damage is not persistent through restarts

I heard that it was supposed to be a feature, but now see that it is either not in a game yet or does not work. So far tested twice. Would like other people to confirm since the server I have been testing is not vanilla.

Problem is, when you damage a wall with satchel, or explosive charge or even m6 slam mine, after server restart that building part's health will reset to what it was before.

In short, the only thing which reduces wall's health is time since the last maintenance of a jammer. If you damage a wall (which had 100% health) right before restart and put it on 50 percent health, after restart it will have ~98 percent or so (which corresponds to maintenance cycles).

I kind of had an impression that now the damage persists through server restarts. Maybe it is intentional?
