Player Jump out of Heli, and bug

Hi, i have a problem on my server, when a player jump with parachute, if he don't die on ground (because on downtouch, he was too fast)  it was teleported on air, without parachute. 

with admin account no problem

I have disabled BE, same issue

Try switching off teleport check in infistar.

 i don't have infistar (it's not the antihack integrate into Epoch ??)

EDIT: If i disabled the epochAH, that's works. but it's not the solution, what can i do ?

Does this happen with normal jummping out of a helicopter with a parachute? or is it only when using a halo script?

Has there been a fix for this yet? On our two servers this still seems to be an issue for some players, whether jumping from a heli or using the halo spawn option.
