It is, but then EVERYONE that joins your server will also have to first download a copy of your custom Epoch PBO's.

So, unless you are setting up a custom server and want everyone to download your own special version of Epoch to enable them to play on it, no, it's not possible :)

You have to add those addons to your server. The PBOs' the keys and all that good stuff. Then everyone has to download that version of epoch that you made. So only people with that specific pack can play on your server.

Some vehicle were removed a few versions back because the addon authors didn't want them included with Epoch, so no. There's no way to add them without creating your own mod that everyone has to download.
