Arma 2 scripts in Arma 3?

Hey all,

I was hoping someone could compile a lot of A2 scripts that work with little to no modification that will work in Arma 3. I have read threads with EVR blowouts, CPC nametags, scroll option info menu.

I don't think there are many if any, thought I would toss this out there. :)

The biggest modifications would be BE folters and AH counters;

The snippets / threads you find where people actually sat down and make it work are rare for now; it will grow when Epoch gets bigger and draws more coders in. Most current coders don't like share their hard work, to grow numbers on their own servers (and I don't blame them, we're doing the same).

 

For now, if you want a specific addon / mod in, I would read the existing ones, pay detailed attention to the install instructions and work from there.

The main issue with getting a lot of scripts working is the fact you can't use player addactions in Epoch at the moment. If you try to use them they are hit and miss as to wether they work and also as to whether you will get an autoban on the server.
