Richie
Look in your bans.txt and find out why to stop it happening again. I'd say contact your host for support but you chose SS  good luck with them

RC_Robio
No restart needed if you add bans.txt to Watchdog. It scans every 5 seconds for changes. Simple add bans.txt to Bec\Plugins\Watchdog\init_py Remove the ban, save bans.txt, wait five seconds, rejoin. BE_FILTER_FILES = [ "addbackpackcargo.txt", "addmagazinecargo.txt", "addweaponcargo.txt", "attachto.txt", "createvehicle.txt", "deleteVehicle.txt", "mpeventhandler.txt", "publicvariable.txt", "publicvariableval.txt", "remotecontrol.txt", "remoteexec.txt", "scripts.txt", "selectplayer.txt", "setdamage.txt", "setpos.txt", "setvariable.txt", "setvariableval.txt", "teamswitch.txt", "waypointcondition.txt", "waypointstatement.txt", "bans.txt"]
