It will be a while before anyone steps foot on Panthera in A3 Epoch.. A long while.

Why ? It's not hard porting Epoch over, main issue is the spawn points for the loot in A2 building

For A3 Epoch the mod line for Panthera use would simply be

 

@AllInArmaTerrainPack;@Panthera;@Epoch

 

It's just a matter of people willing to download the terrain pack (8.5 GB), making suitable loot configuration files for Panthera buildings, and the authors of all these mods accepting the fair use of their content. Which they most likely do, by default. Otherwise they would have not released their content. Unfair use would be: e.g. monetizing their work with donation shops, pay for access, etc. I dont see why few asshat individuals (A3 Life for example) should be let to spoil the fun for the rest of us.
