Drowned while swimming

I have been swimming since the day I joined, without any issues.

 

Today we found a jetski that I boarded by getting out of our boat and getting on the jetski as driver.

 

The jetski's engine was broken. I "get out" and started swimming to the shore with my head clearly above water (confirmed by 2 friends). I drowned .

 

After respawning I ran straight to water and swam again, drowning again, with my head clearly above water.

 

Haven't tried to reproduce my death after that anymore.

 

Server : TX01 , version 0.1.0.3 , around 21:00 CET.

Exact same problem just happened to me. I tested it twice to see if it was a glitch and the same thing happened both times. My characters head was clearly above water, and at no time did I dive.

It's an issue with ARMA, not with Epoch.

OK :) For us players it's pretty hard to tell arma from Epoch, so I think I'll keep reporting stuff :)

 

Also, after a fresh spawn the issue never arose anymore... Just like bugged trading / clothes / not being able to pick up weapons, it seems to be linked to your active character.
