(TLS)
Infistar has a "fix server fps" Button. What does this actually do? I know it's obviously to do with deleting things, but does anyone happen to know what type of things are deleted? thanks! kane

0 seeker619
lol on one of my servers, i hit that button a bunch of times, and it deleted chunks of peoples bases... so id like to know exactly what this does.
0 Glenn
The Fix FPS will loop through all Lootpiles, Sound_Flies, dead corpses and entities near a CAAnimalBase. If no players are near, or the object has been marked as permaLoot, then it goes away.

0 Tech_Support
you can always backup your sql first then hit that button a few times see what it does lol sit back and wait for complaints "My base is gone or half of it" lol if that happens upload your backed up sql myself i have never used that so i have no idea lol
0 (TLS)
Yeah That could be a alright way of finding out, still a bit of a pain, but shouldnt cause to much bother if its done just before a restart, or Infistar could enlighten us on what it actually does? :D
0 justchil
Glenn just told you what it does. Look at the code... there is no way I see it could delete parts of a base lol. It actually works better than the half-broken Epoch code.
0 (TLS)
That's the thing justchil, it has deleted bases before, so :/
0 Glenn
It is doing more than my original post - I just took a quick glance at the code before I posted that. Those are the highlights, but there are more to it. :)
