Crafted walls vanishing

We have our own rack and are in the process of developing an epoch server for it. Over last week we have been crafting and base building. We constructed a 3 story building extending the barn in Skalka. Over last couple of days walls and floors have been vanishing. Not sure why. Anyone help?!

This was Thursday. After that picture I rebuilt the missing walls and floors but the next day came on to find this

You need to "maintain" the the walls and floors to keep them around after server cleanup, default is 6 days.

Is there a way to alter that. ie increase the time needed or turn off need to maintain?

Or you can create a mysql event in navicat or heidisql:
