Everything disappears after server restart

I've set up a server for me and my friends. The only problem is that every time i restart or shutdown an start the server everything is deleted. I have a script pack installed which is called DayZ D'Network and can be found here https://github.com/daeks/Dayz-DNetwork. The problem already existed before the script pack was installed. If you need any files let me know and I'll post them here. For now I have got the RPT log here http://tny.cz/671c80b9. I would have posted it on pastebin but it was just too big.

Go to your hive.ini:

;Negative values will disable this feature 
;0 means that ALL empty placed items will be deleted every server restart 
;A positive number is how old (in days) a placed empty item must be, in order for it to be deleted 
CleanupPlacedAfterDays = -1

That's what I have. Buildables are not deleted. You probably have a 0 there instead of a -1 or another number.

There was a ; in front of it. I deleted it and set it to -1 but it didn't help. Any other ideas?

I don't really know where to search for them. And also I think it only happens when i got the mission on, the one I've linked above.
