Your best bet is probably to invest in buying a Cargo Truck (Ural/V3S/MTVR/Kamaz) and filling it up with guns you farm from the airfield, and then selling them all. Also, grenades sell for a nice amount of money too.
Other then that, try to scout the northern edge of the map for planes.
Also, as you stated missions are worth about 1 or 2 briefs and only take an hour, if you're close by you could rush them, otherwise you could wait until the "victors" walk up to the crate/vehicle and shoot them.

Yes its possible to use the default arma 2 vehicles on your server aswell, here is the difference:
I'll be using the standard LAV25 as an example, but this counts for all of the vehicles.
Regular arma 2 vehicle:
Classname: LAV25
- Spawns with Ammo
- Has Radar
_DZ Vehicles:
Classname: LAV25_DZ
- Spawns with Ammo
- Doesn't have Radar
_DZE Vehicles:
Classname: LAV25_DZE
- Spawns without Ammo
- Doesn't have Radar
You can pick which vehicle you want based on this selection, and then add the desired classname to the trader.

When you've reached your maxvehicle_limit, EMS stops saving them I believe. You raise the limit in your init.sqf, or you could update to EMS 0.3 and see if the issue is still present. If it is you can still raise the limit.

Most servers with antihack have REsec disabled, so that might be the reason you're able to join the other ones. Try downgrading back to 1.0.4 and check if it worked.

Epoch also added the regular LAV25, but yeah, as Vampire said, they didn't link the ammo to a model or a CfgMagazines entry.
They also added the BTR-90 & BTR-90 HQ.

Haven't tested that for myself yet, but I would assume they save once a player gets near them or inside of them.

No, this has to be changed in the client files, which means that either the Epoch Devs have to add it for everyone or you have to send the custom @dayz_epoch to all your players.

Its easy but a lot of work.
1) make a regular map addition with the same amount of objects you are using. (location doesn't matter)
2) change the class names of the items you placed in the regular map addition to the ones you used ingame
3) change the location of the items you placed in the regular map addition to the ones you used ingame (so the database coords)
4) save the .sqf file
5) load it like any other map addition.

If I replaced the "weapons" with the corresponding variable like "supply" for epoch stuff is that all I would need to do to change the box spawn?Yes

The devs didnt add them, they simply added the option for server owners to add these vehicles without radar or ammo. They have been available for ever.

If you're the server owner you can remove them yourself, otherwise contact your server owner.

I just send him an email whenever I'm updating my server, he usually sends them within 4 hours since we're in the same time zone. Just email him with the email your bought the AH with (so your PayPal email) Or include your order number.

It is a default for all cars. It originated just from the way urals are set up, guess they got to lazy to set it up seporatley for all the other cars so they just applied the same format to all of them. It's not a glitch it has been like that for a while now..
Not from the Urals, but from the 8 wheeled APC's like the Stryker

In my experience, not a single server provider is "good". I realize its probably just my luck, but all server providers I've had don't meet my expectations. The only decent one I've had is HFB, but because even that one doesn't let me edit my files the way I want to, I'm currently renting one of their dedicate servers.

Offset doesnt matter if you use static time.
Just change to hour to 18 and type to static and your server will go from 6 PM to midnight if you have 6 hour restart cycles.
