    REPEATABLE BUG

     

    Whatever you do, DO NOT disconnect when you are dead. You will be a fresh spawn without a group(your name will actually remain in group but show you as offline even though you are online), so you will need to be reinvited after your twin is kicked, or you will take both spots. Same goes for being dead during restart. ALWAYS keep a moderator in your group IN CASE your leader is disconnected during death then you can reinvite him BUT he cannot kick himself therefore he  will ALWAYS be taking up 2 spots therefore wasting spots in group. TAKE CARE!

  2. LOL you can't change any part of your profile as it wont match the items on your character that's stored on the Database, so ARMA3/Battleye thinks you are try to create extra item and kicks you i.e. Scripting !

     Ya you can, doesnt change your PlayerID or GUID, all stays the same at the database

    Basically randomly i get kicked from group but not even, I AM in group but i dont see markers and when i press group menu it gives me the window to create a new group, so i had to be kicked and reinvited.

    (the most annoying one) Upon restart you end up as a fresh spawn and not in group (Although your name stays in group and shows as grayed out, therefore you need a kick and re invite)

    Infistar doesn't like the group menu, but admins keeps sorting it out every time.

    Obviously the duping bodies upon death and extremely easy ways to dupe

    Weapon changes upon death, say you had a Lynx and then you have a Katiba after revive hehe

    Damn lockbox eats stuff, dunno if its random or not but so far it ate some satchels, lynx mags, first aid kits.
     
     
     
    I play on MGT official, Latest Arma and Epoch versions. All of the above are repeatable but i have not been able to figure out a pattern yet for any of the above.
     
    PLEASE feel free to add your bugs and glitches into this thread to make bug reporting a bit more accessible for the developers. Thanks Epoch team for the hard work, waiting on the next changelog!
  5. Exactly, we have a core of about 15 players who have been on the server since April 2013 and it's about getting the balance right. Blowing shit up is fun, but not if you've spent weeks gathering and building and come back to find everything ruined.

    15? you mad? id say more. not the point tho, blowing up is amazing BUT make the bloody satchel and explosive charges as rare as the lockbox and THEN you will have balance.

  6. it's nice that they tried but from my quick 3h test on their server:

     

    - Their antiglitch system made more bugs than fixes (like getting stuck in harbours, not being able to v-step when stuck not even near any bases etc.)

    - Was still able to glitch into bases easily

     

     

    Also from what i've seen the epoch team's fix for the issue also feels more like a bandaid than a fix. I think epoch team might need help from bohemia to fix the issue properly.

     

    A "Quick" 3 hour test? Who are you? What do harbors have anything to do with it? And V doesn't work only near jammers.

    I feel like its someone who left MGT Butthurt as they usually do XD

  7. Been playing since the beginning of both A2 and A3 Epoch. A2 runs on crap and we all know it, server lag, restrictions, desync etc is inevitable, and Epoch is running as best as it can on A2, I'm sure. What I started noticing lately after the 0.2 wipe, of Arma 3 Epoch, is that lots of bases are appearing due to the availability of locks attached to player groups, with it the desync has increased as well. Every day i notice more and more de-synchronization and it saddens me.

     

    At this rate we will soon be playing on 54 player servers because they wont be able to handle any more people. Today we had a fire fight by the Airfield, owning everyone as usual, getting closer to restart the desync was just too much so it we were wiped simply because we haven't seen anyone and then "i'm dead", after which a yellow broken chain appears and people who shot us right near us. Its not about dying, we love dying, part of the game, better clan wins, better positioning wins better shots win, but when its lag......its not fair play. If a few weeks ago we could ride cars behind each other in a convoy now its nearly impossible because the person in front of you might just appear standing right under your nose and you end up exploding when he is actually 200m away still driving.

     

    Once again, in a short while we will be playing good old fashioned Arma 2 Epoch but with better graphics, same glitches, and same desyncs and restrictions.....I don't know if this issue can be even addressed here, if the Epoch Devs are even capable of doing something about it or is Arma 3 just as shit as Arma 2. I hope I'm wrong about all of this but this is by far the best game i have ever played in my entire life  I just love the server, MGT, its players and the Admins and I don't want to quit it AGAIN like i did with it under A2.

    Seen the BT guys on the MGT server everytime I am on. I found one lockbox in the first week it just happened to be on the OC networks servers lol.

    Have you BT guys ever faced the uncle clan on our server. Talk about hoarders lol. We had a go but we only had 3 on 6 and had poor gear and no means of revive. Managed to take 3 with us.

    THANKS MGT!!! Ya uncle are quite a few, wiped them once but after that usually outnumbered like you said Scotty. GIEF ME MOAR LOCKBOXES

     

    BT Usually fight everyone XD You all newbies are lucky we rarely are on as a full 6! XD

  9. The drop rate is retarder. I will tell you the truth and nothing but the truth. BT is a pvp focused clan that is solely aimed at clan vs clan gameplay. We don't (ever) kill freshpawn and bambies, we never ride anywhere near freshspawn highly populated places, only focus on total annihilation of big clans. We get geared in cities and military bases and are not fans of farming whatsoever, BUT, since the public release of the alpha (which was over a month ago) its quite unbelievable that we are not able to find even one lockbox with 6 people, and i guarantee you that 24 hours a day there is one of us playing, you can check my rank on MGT gametracker as 4th (probably 1st in hours played, but maybe not as i was away for 5 days). when only one of us or 2 of us are only we loot cities in search of a lockbox and maybe getting into a fire fight, but in 1 MONTH not 1 lockbox? REALLY?! whats the rate 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001%. this is rediculous. We are not hoarders but building a base with no safe storage is unreal and our server is very PVP where your wooden POS will not last for more than 24 hours. Can you please, in the name of god, increase the rate? Or at least sell me one ffs!!!

    Yes

     

    Every time i re-log or the server restarts SOME of the weapon attachments fall off the weapon into inventory, SOME disappear MAYBE due to inventory not having enough space to store all the fallen off attachments. Happens all the time, multiple times during 1 restart (3 hour restarts). Can provide vid if necessary but im sure you all have this issue.

    P.S. Traders steal your stuff. They buy it and sometimes don't have it for sale back. AND Weapons have a tendency of falling out of the backpack at traders for no reason, sometimes even disappearing.
