Get some scuba gear. If you are low on energy you will drown. Just like in real life. Not sure about the head above water thing. Are you playing on an official server? This seems to be the issue for alot of things. High ping and desync? Maybe the server thought you were under water because of desync?

saw this thread , created a video to help uploaded it( 80 kbps upload here) , made a thumb nail. came here to post it . thread resolved and it was a color problem not a hud placing problem like i thourt it was. :/
