Follow the install.txt and you should be ok (no need to change hacker & cleanup files) Few notes: 1. removed unecessary map grids & grps info (saving 100+kb) 2. Only dynamic spawn, no static one (to be manually added) 3. No heli patrol / Vehicle (to be manually added) You may edit the config file (SAR_config.sqf - do not edit other files!) with your liking since I have increased the number of AI per grid, gave better weapons to snipers, changed clothes etc... Halvhjearne Posted April 16, 2014 Report Share Posted April 16, 2014 why didnt you just include both in same download, this is just confusing for someone, that does not know any better. also, the part you deleted is the dynamic spawn areas, which is needed to spawn ai's around the map. (does any ai even spawn on your map?) heres what would be better: add both names in the switch in SAR_AI_init.sqf and add all files to the map_config folder idk if you checked the grid, how it looks on the map, but you can set it to show the grids by setting SAR_DEBUG to true in SAR_config.sqf, then first player on the map will see the grid. heres my files for napf, including grid areas for dynamic grid spawning ai + ai heli areas at airfield's and patrols spawned by the mansion at Magden: (just comment them out if you dont want those) http://pastebin.com/5cZ4nJ0A http://pastebin.com/EUu5WMqD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ilganna Posted April 16, 2014 Author Report Share Posted April 16, 2014 Hi, Thanks for the suggestion to pack in one file, but since I don't want useless stuff inside the conf files (why having other maps when are you using one?) I do want to keep my files clean :-) The part deleted are static spawns, on my server AI spawns dynamically correctly. I did the grid calculation on the fly, I tried to teleport around and it works (AI spawns as soon as I teleport). I may add content later. They should all be visible, I took the reference skins from: http://dayzepoch.com/wiki/index.php?title=More_Wearable_Clothing On my server I see all AIs, so please check your RPT for any issues.
