Kick People with Low Bandwith!?!?

I noticed that when people on my server have a high amount of ping they desync the server until they get kicked and then it instantly goes away. Is there a way to kick people that have low Bandwith on the server aswell? I heard that people with low bandwith can drag a server down and do squad xml's also slow down servers?

Not in SQF. If you know python you can write a plugin for BEC that uses "#debug userinfo <username>" and catches the debug info and finds the BWfee kbps in the string. with this you'd be able to kick someone for low bandwidth, I can't help you much with python since I have only used it to write scripts for pymol/chimera, not actual plugins.

Not sure I should email it to this emailadress but here goes.
For some time now Arma 2 has had a problem where players with a low bandwith (e.g. below 150-ish) lag out the entire server.
Now, I know there is a way to kick for players with high ping, could there be a function implemented that kicks players for a low bandwith?

its possible if BIS adds support for this to Battleye. at the moment there is no commands for rcon supporting this.
there could be a somewhat hackish way to do this. but i'll not go into detail into this. as its only a thought at the moment and  i need a to do proof of concept before implemented such a thing.
