Server hangs on auth/creating character

I just installed a new dayz epoch server, I have gone through the install a few times and I am getting the same result on a fresh installation.

 

Whenever I join my server it only gets to the requesting auth or character selection and nothing else, then it goes black.  I attached my RPT and hive logs, just looking for some direction if someone can help.

that's a hell of a lot of '/' is not a value. you have a call to another mod or pbo that isn't "standard" ? Rmod or something?

are you running any custom scripts or just vanilla epoch? as with them server fps if its just vanilla epoch you have serious problems.
