Grenade&c4 problem

Hello!!

I may have a problem with both grenade and c4(pipebomb).. Dunno why but when ppl want to throw grenade(smoke, frag doesnt matter) first they get white screen and then they can´t do anything.. Battleye is on but they dont get any kicks from server by it.. As admins we dont have this problem.. we use also infistar.. maybe someone could really help.. Because i dont know how to fix it..

 

We using 1.041 patch and newest filters too

Email infistar and ask. It sounds like an AH issue.

 

Are you running 0322?

Sounds like your anti-hack is kicking them, white/grey screen is anti-hack, If it was BattlEye you'd see the kick and reason.

Are you getting badbullet pipebomb etc in your hacklog?;
