R3F Towing/Lifting problem

A lot of my players are getting trouble with Lifting specific cars with specific helicopters, or Towing with some cars or any other wheeled vehicle.

This happens often, at a point of people start to thing Towinglifting isin't even added XD
Example, they tried towing a ATV with an offroad, didin't work. But, they used a SUV and it worked. They used a Uhey (the UH1H_DZE) to lift a humvee and a offroad, didint work.

I would like to know how to make it work better (example, if the problem is that the car or helicopter they use is not recognized by the towinglifting system, how to add it to the system) etc.

You will need to add some of the vehicles manually to a file.
