overwatch weapon pack rpt errors

I am getting errors when using overwatch in my epoch server, if I leave the server and log back in with an overwatch weapon in my inventory it disappears, also if I add it to DZMS loadout or the loot from DZMS missions it doesn't spawn in the crates and gives me rpt errors. here is some of the error in my rpt.
