New A3 Epoch Server - No Loot? And a couple other questions

I decided to finally setup an a3 epoch server this weekend, keep in mind I've never even played arma3, so I had to buy that, I bought the dlc bundle too (karts, heli, marks, etc) - once I got the base (655) build up and running I logged in and noticed that there was very little loot - 10 mins of searching through a couple towns landed me a flashlight and some other random item I've forgotten, that I found in a chair..

Is this normal for a fresh build? I've not had much time to research since I got this up and running on a monday night - but it's pretty different from what I'm used to (a2 overpoch) - I also noticed my server didn't boot with the heli, karts, marksmen DLC content running, though I'd added those mods to the start parameters in my batch starter in what I thought was the correct format, but when I select my lan server they mods show red. So I guess my questions really are:

1. Where can I "turn up da loot"?

2. What's the correct way to get my DLC working on the server, and are mods for arma3 server done by just dropping mod folders into the root? I see the only mods on most servers are "cup terrains" cup weapons etc - I'm not used to this format...

3. Is there a one stop guide or video for modding an a3 epoch servers? I've looked around quickly but not found anything except random questions and an outdated server install guide - There's probably a sub-forum right on this site for these questions but I'm yet to notice it, feel free to point me in a direction. I find tons of info on the exile mod but not epoch, I loved epoch for arma2 so I'm hoping I can get this figured out and get moving fairly quickly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You must not add the dlc's to your Startparameters. What you are missing is the right Vehicle-Spawnlist for Epoch:

@epochhive -> addons -> unpack with pbomanager "epoch_server_settings" -> configs -> maps -> your mapname

Here should be an array "allowedVehiclesList". All these Vehicles will spawn on the map. If this array is not present, just create it!

1. Turn up da loot in the mission pbo

2. Download the a3 server files with the steam command it will already have all the dlc there just if you dont have the dlc you cant use 

3. No there really isnt a guide or video on it at all most of us already can do these things with out this but if you need help just swing by the teamspeak @ ts.epchpro.com look for viper

THANKS GUYS - I hate to ask questions when I've had no time to research, thanks for not rubbing it in - still have a question on the DLC's - I DID install with steamCMD and I see the DLC folders in the server root, they're just not "activating" seems like I need to edit something somewhere to make those run, if it's possible.

Oh and I'm guessing there's not scripts like "group or door management" for arma3 epoch? From first glance it looks like all the mods (I've seen so far) are in pre-packed folders (eg: cup_terrains) that get dropped into the server root. I may be completely mistaken on that.
