Problems with new Epoch 0.3.7.0

Hi guys! Probably someone already have faced this problems with Epoch 0.3.7.0:
- ATMs aren't work at all (the menu just dont show up)
- Trees cannot be choped (thay just stand still)

Everything was fine at 0.3.6.0... Can enyone help? Where all theese parameters are ?

What map? Remember some of the the Cups Maps are a work in progress.
