Plot Management - Need Help

[Emerghency]

I can not get plot management to work to save my life. I tried it even on a clean wipe of PBO's and it just doesnt work. it loads with no errors in the RPT yet when i add people to the plot pole as friends they still cant build. is this because my player_build.sqf needs to be called outside of the dayz_code? or can i just leave it in the dayz_code after i do the edits?

You need to follow the instructions for creating a custom compiles.sqf and then you need to move the player_build.sqf and other files (if edited) to a custom folder in your mission.pbo ,  you will then need to make necessary changes to your self actions file. All this is explained on the plot management github.
