Connect Insta Disconnect

Hi guys;

I am running Arma 3 Epoch Esseker and I have a question

Some players are able to log into the server and play; others for example...

[2015-12-30 | 00:04:46] Player #4 Etrux disconnected

 

Happens to many people who try to connect; Any Ideas why?

Do you know if they have all the correct add-ons to join your server?

E.g. Esseker and All in Arma TP, in addition to the Epoch mod.

Players who instantly disconnect usually are missing a required add-on, (or the correct version of the add-on).

I have no idea; Is there a log where I can check that at?

No log of it other than what you see, I see it constantly also. Just people trying to connect without whats required by the server.

Is there a way we could make some kind of error message telling them what they need?

Yes, create a website where u give informations about....

There is no other way... Also for other servers which uses mods barring Epoch.

Many ppl doesnt know how to use mods at all... That isnt your fault, its only a misunderstanding of their own... Dont worry about it, its just a game :D
