I was wondering why the M107 was removed as well.

 

Also with a plot pole that is removable does that mean I can use one forever now?  Place, build, pickup, repeat?

 

The M107 was taken out as well because it just was. 

 

Yes, you can place, build, remove, save for a rainy day. BUT! Others can remove it too, so leaving it out would be bad :P

  I assume there's a selection from the Vilas pack and not all of them right?

 

  Partly because of the redundancy (how many fire truck versions do we need? ) and the tracked armor I assume is out.  Although the tracked ambulance and such would bring some attention.  I'm not big on adding more guntrucks.

Vehicles inventory.. possibly.

Toolbelt Item (My Preferred option) most defiantly. 

 

It would require some quick tweaking to the default R3F to add:

 

_towrope = "ItemTowrope" in _itemsPlayer;

 

And then work it into the If statement that shows the Tow.. function on vehicles. 

Unfortunately R3F is writting in mostly french so its hard to manipulate .. for me.

 

I would like to start looking at Ace and how they employ Lifting as well as they need a team to deploy the cables and then on the ground to attach them to vehicles. Making it then hard for the team to get back into the chopper. This would make more meta work for the ability also making it impossible for a solo man with a helicoptor to fly around lifting everything in sight to a trader hub,,,

thats one reason im not sure if to put the towing and lifting on my server (someone taking all vehicles and selling them). If however it had to be a team effort and was not as easy to do then there would be more chance of me adding it

Back on subject. The update looks amazing, and you guys are working so quickly!! 

 

AWOL you are a beast my friend! And to the rest of the team, well done!

 

Love the elevated loot spawns, Very promising for other places...

Any chances to add back the "Offensive" cough cans and food items from the past? Also any of the new from 1.7.7?
I think cherry picking if possible from 1.7.7 could be nice, but overall I don't feel I like the update.

 

Lastly Briefcase.. nice, Business man clothing..  and a nice shinny modern car. Lavish :D

I made an account just for this ^^

 

I hope that they add all the vehicles even the tanks but don't set them in the vehicle config to spawn.

 

They could be usefull as Admin Vehicles if they are only spawnable through the database!

When changing locations the locations name will display in the bottom right.

Im guessing this means when going from town to town it will tell you. Will this be a option that can be disabled?

 

  I've only seen this done at login.  Does it say it will start doing it in real time somewhere?

Hey all, new here.  Quick question regarding Epoch version updates.  Do I need to grab the default mission file for the new version and redo any mods or edits I've made?  Not a huge deal, just curious if I'm creating more work for myself than I need to.

 

If so, I'll be looking real hard at Bungle's Chernaurus Custom Pack.
