RCON password

I try to open ban lists. but I have information   Please check your RCON password. If you have changed it please restart your Gameserver. After a restart wait a few Minutes until the RCON connection is ready.  I changed nothing and where can I find RCON password ?

what RCON tool you using ?

I only use filezilla. this is all .I have a server in nitrado and I got there the option to ban entry lists . And what tools should I use .  Why is this happening

Filezilla is an FTP program, you want an Rcon tool such as EPM or Dart

I think it's ok just used the DART. I logged with no problem. nitrado page is locked but on the DART runs .Thanks for the hint and help
